General comment on draft-ietf-problem-statement-00.txt

Yeah, but it is a really cool solution!

It often seems negative and non-constructive to constrain
ourselves to discussing problems.  At least we'll soon get
to start talking about the processes we'll use to determine
solutions...  That should be more positive, I hope.
