Assuming this is supposed to relate to my slides, the point I was
making was "worker bees sometimes disappear and have a real life."  In
my experience, the larger problem has been with document
editors/reviewers, rather than wg chairs, disappearing.  Documents
evolve *very* slowly if revisions come only once per IETF cycle.
