Sixth batch of ISO 639-3 modifications

Here is the sixth and final batch of records and registration forms to 
reflect this year's ISO 639-3 changes. These are 10 changes that were 
made to the data files, but not mentioned in the Summary of Outcomes 
document. Some of these are "silent" spelling corrections to names, 
others are code elements that ISO 639-3 retired by merging them into 
another code element (listed under the surviving code element but not 
the retired one), one is a new addition, and then there is the 
resolution to the Luhu/Piru saga.

The registration form for 'meg' includes one paragraph with non-ASCII 
characters. This paragraph appears twice here, once with numeric 
character references (NCRs) and once with the real characters. Only the 
version with the real characters will be submitted to IANA.

This completes the set of changes to the Registry based on ISO 639-3 
changes. Please review all six of these batches, or at least the ones 
you are most interested in, by Monday, September 2, 2013. At that time, 
barring any problems, all of the "2013-xx-xx" dates will be resolved and 
the records and forms will be submitted to IANA.
