Recent changes to ISO 639

All of the name changes in ISO 639-2 just announced by Håvard have 
already been made in the Language Subtag Registry, on the strength of 
having appeared in the online ISO 639-2 tables.

I've checked Hävard's announcements and they are all consistent with the 
changes we made (i.e. there are no discrepancies in spelling, order, 
etc.).
