Still suggests "CS1" as a registered region subtag code.
This contradicts
- the ABNF (2*3 ALPHA) because it contains a digit
- the rules in 2.2 which say that region subtags cannot be registered

For implementations, it may be nice to restrict the lengths of subtags to 15
instead of 16.

Misspelled word "intellible".
