Why does it take so long?

I already did that once. I am getting confirmation messages (auto
responses)... so the mail server is at least there. Perhaps it is the
holidays, but some drafts sent after ours have made it to the I-D site.

I posted the draft-02 to my personal website
(http://www.inter-locale.com/ID/draft-phillips-langtags-02.html) for those
who don't want to wait.
