1) the list is an IETF WG list. All IETF WGs have the archive listed in the 
WG's charter.

2) the list is a Mailman list. In the headers of every single message on 
the list, the following appears:

	<mailto:problem-statement-request at alvestrand.no?subject=unsubscribe>

Just pointing out two common ways of finding the answer to the question
