Leif - their meaning was not the issue. The issue was how they were used and
the rules for that use. What we are looking for here is not the use rules
but the ideas themselves that we want to carve out.

And I do understand your concerns too and support them as well, but the
reality of this is that these terms really do need to be defined one would
think...
