Thanks.  It is nice to know that there is someone out there
actually reading this stuff :-).

I think that it is patently true that IESG folks are overworked
and incapable (even in a full-time capacity) of handling their
current work volume well.  Also, I agree with Harald's assessment
that we would have a much larger pool of qualified people to
draw from for IESG positions (or whatever leadership positions
exist in a new organization) if IETF leadership were really a
part-time job.
