Does draft-huston-pact list any problems that you disagree with? Does it
suggest changes that you disagree with?

It is also mising many points that are yet to be raised.

It never purported to tackle all of the issues, merely some useful ones.
In fact its list of proposed changes are much smaller than the original
list, in order to improve the focus.

Requiring that we understand all of a complex problem (or, better still, set
of problems) is just as bad as requiring that we formulate all of the
solutions before we are allowed to implement any.

An example of the problem with this approach is that it will inevitably
invite lengthy debate about its completeness, the order in which problems
are listed, the precise vocabulary used to describe problems, the possible
implication that particular persons are being attacked, and so on.

That is why it would be considerably more productive to look at proffered
proposals and deal with them directly and immediately.

So... Does draft-huston-pact list any problems that you disagree with? Does it
suggest changes that you disagree with?
