Folks,
I originally requested this review on 12 April, but just now checked the
archives and realized that the message did not appear on the list. I have
now subscribed to the list, so hopefully we will get a better result this
time!
Given the delay and the fact that this request includes only one media type,
I would like to request a slightly expedited review - by April 30, instead
of May 4. Please let me know if this will present a problem!

The Individual Submission "Sharing Transaction Fraud Data", which is
available at http://www.ietf.org/id/draft-mraihi-inch-thraud-09.txt, is
currently in IESG Evaluation. Unfortunately, this specification includes
a
media sub-type which was never announced on this list. I am now
(belatedly)
requesting that review.
The following excerpt from the Internet-Draft contains the media
sub-type
registration as presented in this document (page break removed!).
10.1. Media sub-type
Type name: application
Subtype name: thraud+xml
Required parameters: none.
Optional parameters: same as the charset parameter of
application/xml as specified in [RFC3023].
Encoding considerations: same as encoding considerations of
application/xml as specified in [RFC3023].
Security considerations: this registration has all of the
security considerations described in [RFC3023] in addition to
those in section 9, above.
Interoperability considerations: this registration has all of
the interoperability considerations described in [RFC3023].
Published specification: the media type data format is defined
in this specification.
Applications that use this media type: transaction and
authentication fraud analysis and reporting applications and
risk-based transaction and authentication evaluation
applications.
