The Transport Area requests a Media Type review for the proposed
new type  w, intended for the IETF tree, as a Proposed Standard, 
and specified in 
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-avt-rtp-amrwbplus-06.txt
(Section 7.1).
