Registration request for new subtags for Portuguese orthographies

Hi Michael,

If your only objection is wordlists, check
http://natura.di.uminho.pt/download/sources/Dictionaries/wordlists/

wordlist-ao are the new ortography and wordlist-preao files are the
previous one.

This is from the people that create and manage Portuguese free software
dictionaries that you'll find in ispell, aspell, chromium, mozilla
applications, openoffice, libreoffice, etc.
