1. Does anyone have an objection to adding this to "zh-min":

Comments: see cdo, cpx, czo, mnp, nan

2. Mark, do you still support creating "art-enochian" as a P-V for 
"i-enochian" (which might also run afoul of Section 3.4, item 17), or 
are you OK with John's preference to deprecate with no P-V?
