Simple: Language Subtag Registration

Right now everything in Basic English is tagged “en”. 
After this someone could tag it “en-simple”, generically. 
With the other subtag registered, someone would likely choose “en-basiceng”.

I don’t think that it should. People who advocated “simple” wanted it to be generic.
