Simple: Language Subtag Registration

I assumed Peter and John were suggesting additional explanatory material
for the Intended Meaning section of the registration form, or (in
abbreviated form) for the Comments field of the record.

If we are talking about packing all this into the Description field, I
would be very strongly opposed.
