pseudo-localization variants

When Microsoft uses pseudo-loc, AFAIK it's always English.

In a repeated, standardized way? Or in a random, ad-hoc way?

Lorem ipsum is Latin, sort of. It differs from real Latin in matters of spelling and grammar.
