Language Variant subtags

This needs to be trimmed down.  A Description field for a variant subtag 
should basically be a label identifying the language variant.  (The 
others, "Classical Sanskrit" and "Buddhist Hybrid Sanskrit" and "Epic 
Sanskrit," are fine.)

The text shown here might be appropriate for a Comments field, where 
this level of explanation is appropriate.
