Sorry to ask a dumb question, but Which system of writing/generic script will be identified with the code element [sind]?

The above shows an Arabic script -- the 'Eastern' or extended variety, but with the Western number system.
Sindhi is apparently also written with Devangari script
(see also: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sindhi_language#Writing).
