Proposed modified records for 'cpe' and 'son'

A long-time list member helpfully pointed out, off-list, a 
copy-and-paste error in the proposed registration form for 'son'.

The section:

>   This registration removes the Suppress-Script value of "Latn" from
>   the collective language subtag "cpe".

should of course refer to 'son' instead.
