Unable to judge    => register.  
No obvious problem => register.
Otherwise it could be a simple protocol:

"Are you sure ?" - "yes" - "sigh"  => register
"Are you sure ?" - "wait a moment" => eur to /dev/null

Counting "ork" about once per year.
