Folks who know me and where my pages are won't look at any
xml:lang="sxu-erzgeb", and likely hreflang=... still has no
effect at all with popular browsers (and without CSS doing
something with it).  

When I added language tags it was only because I hoped that
it might at some point in time be useful for Web crawlers,
or in simple cases for future browsers, e.g. for <q>, or 
speech browsers.  Without that hope I'd use the notorious
xml:lang="mis" if that's what it takes to pass validation.
