Mark Davis is unhappy with the LSR

JFC Morfin forfeited his right to post to the ietf-languages mailing list 
due to his repeated abuse over an extended period of time.  Your 
forwarding of JFC Morfin messages to the ietf-languages mailing is, in my 
opinion, comparable abuse by you.

This is particularly the case in the JFC Morfin text that you forwarded, 
which contains a personal attach on Harald Alverstrand.
