The "-tarask" variant is clearly well understandable in-group and is
not controversial outside the group. The cherished word "classic" may
be fairly un-controversially retained in the title of the ref'ed book,
both in original form (Cyrillic script) and translated to English.

So, I don't see why it "has" to be with "sugar on top".
