In-depth analysis of what was derived from what would be too off-topic
here. In a nutshell, Polish/Polonised authors wrote down Belarusian
text/words by the means of the Polish orthography, and later, some of
these conventions made way back into the restaurated Cyrillic.

Are you saying there are three Latin orthographies of Belarussian too, and that perhaps the Latin orthographies also need dividing?

But this subtag you are proposing only refers to the Cyrillic script, right?  You are not proposing any similar subtag that will refer to the Latin script?
