Can you elaborate? The current format is just a distribution format,
after all. Writing a program which reads the LSR and produces XML or
SQL INSERTs is quite simple and allow you to work afterwards with your
favorite datastore.

There is a project to produce automatically various formats (XML,
JSON, CSV) from the language subtag registry (and to post them on the
Web), supporters and coders are welcome.
