The discussion about "orc" and a few other oddities was on
the LTRU list a few weeks ago.  There was also a proposal
to filter the "gsw" description in 4646bis some days ago.  

It's only natural that errors are found _after_ a list with
thousands of entries mainly used by insiders is suddenly 
exposed to a larger audience.  

And it's important to get this right in the first attempt,
there's no way to fix dubious codes later, unlike dubious
descriptions.  At best they could be deprecated, but then
they're burnt "forever", unavailable for real needs.  And
26*26*26 isn't that much.
