With regard to Morfin's latest tirade (reproduced below):

I request that JFC (Jefsey) Morfin be warned that his behavior on this 
mailing list is unacceptable; that continuation of the unacceptable 
behavior will lead to his explulsion from this mailing list; and that the 
expulsion would be kept in place until such time as he becomes able and 
willing to contribute constructively.
