If you look on that page, you'll see a date of 2004-4-28, which is less
than nine months ago. That change involved a change in the French name,
but not in the set of country IDs. If you look in the newsletter
mentioning when AX was *added*, however
(http://www.iso.org/iso/en/prods-services/iso3166ma/03updates-on-iso-316
6/nlv9-ax.html), you'll find that AX was added 2004-2-13, which is
roughly 11 months ago.
