New ISO 639 identifier approved: crh = Crimean Turkish; Crimean Tatar

The ISO 639 Registration Authorities' Joint Advisory Committee (JAC) has
approved the following:

Alpha-3 identifier: crh

English name: Crimean Turkish; Crimean Tatar

French name: tatar de Crimée

The language is a Southern Turkic (Altaic) language spoken by almost 200.000
people in Uzbekistan and a few more than that in a number of other countries
combined (figures vary). The Cyrillic script is used.
