The Ethnologue uses HAT. In ISO 639, it is included in the denotation of
"cpf"; there is no individual code for it. No tag has been registered in
the IANA registry. (And please, whatever you do, don't request, "cpf-HT".)
This one would surely meet the requirements for ISO 639-2, and perhaps even
ISO639-1 (it is a national language, after all).
