Rationale-- Nasty editing error

Hi.

At the end of paragraph 1.3.2, there is text containing the
words "IDNA-landr NR-LDH-labels".  That was is clearly a stupid
global replacement/ pasting error, for which I apologize.   The
sentence should read 

	"The non-reserved labels (NR-LDH-labels) are implicitly
	valid since they do not bear any resemblance to the
	labels specified by IDNA."

the fix has been tentatively made.
