Hello Vint Cerf / Lisa Dusseault / IDNA Working Group,

As a Greek-Cypriot and would like to say that the final "sigma" is
necessary. This is our official language and I would request that it be
added. The registry manager should be the one that decides upon the
registration rules to make this useful for Greek/Cypriot users. I am
compelled to say that Greek / Cypriot users would appreciate having the
full-scale of their official language implemented.

(1) Both characters should be PVALID (Latin Small Letter Sharp S and Greek
Small Letter Final Sigma be PVALID in IDNA2008)

Sincerely,

Constantinos Georgios Roussos
