Extending WG final call to August 31, 2009

Based on the rapid influx of late comments and new versions of  
documents emerging, I am extended the IDNABIS WG last call period to  
end of the day, 31 August 2009.

I do not believe there is need to, nor do I intend to extend the  
comment period beyond that date. Final versions of documents will go  
to Lisa Dusseault shortly after that date for consideration by the IESG.

I appreciate the robust inputs received in the past two weeks.
