I concur that while this issue is of interest, it is not the purpose of the idnabis effort to deal with this specific issue. The idnabis documents may affect which characters can appear in idns but not how many of them except perhaps the question of the maximum number (?). Vint

It started out with Frank's draft that proposed to add the ICANN
IDN test names, and some other bits, to the 2606 list.  Both
that draft and the discussion have diverged somewhat and you
are, IMO, correct that it no longer belongs on this list.
