Just in case, the white cells are at the moment PVALID, and you
want them to stay valid, the yellow cells are DISALLOWED, and
you want them to stay disallowed.  But the green cells are at
the moment PVALID, and you propose to move them to DISALLOWED;
did I get that correctly ?

In other words there is no critical bug, something that should
be PVALID, but isn't.  The "tables" could be more restrictive
from your POV wrt the green cells.  Or is it *should* be more
restrictive ?
