The problem I have with this list is that, as you say, it differ quite
a lot from what the result of the calculations the -tables document is
based on. There are suggestions (from you) that codepoints that
Unicode Consortium has classified as "Letters" should be disallowed,
while codepoints that the Unicode Consortium has classified as
"Punctuation" should be allowed.
This makes things pretty difficult, and I urge you to once again have
a look at the algorithm specified in the -tables document (based on
the classifications Unicode Consortium has made on the codepoints),
and then say whether the situation really is as bad as it seems. Bad
as in "the classifications Unicode Consortium has made, that the
algorithms are based on, can not be used the way the -tables document
does".

P.S. Version -05 of the tables document will be released shortly, but
that does not imply I ignore these comments from you. Just that I need
more discussion.
