Please find below feedback from Bhutan on Tibetan script block for Dzongkha
language.  Please keep the cc: list for discussion and feedback.  The
current input is from Dzongkha Development Authority (DDA) and Department of
IT (DIT), Govt. of Bhutan.  There seems to be a few differences from the
subject document.
