ZWNJ and CONTEXT

Hello Alireza,

The new IDNA documents are not RFCs yet -- they are Internet Drafts.

ZWNJ and ZWJ do not have real context rules yet. They are in Appendix A of:

http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-klensin-idnabis-issues-07.txt

Unicode itself has some info about these characters at:

http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr31/tr31-8.html#Layout_and_Format_Control_Characters

Please feel free to make suggestions for IDNA itself on this list!
