All I know about RSADSI is that it is referred in RFC 1423, but it is likely to be a reference to RSA Data Security inc., the owner of various US patents on RSA and an active participant in current security work on the Internet.

I was unable to locate a list of valid OIDs from their Web-site, but known arcs under RSADSI from that document include:
