Name: RTCWEB - Real Time Communication on the World Wide Web

Description:

A proposal for a new working group in the RAI area is presently before 
the RAI area chairs. The charter proposal is here: <URL coming>

This BOF will give an overview of the problem space and possible action 
items, discuss the technology that is being proposed, and describe the 
relationship with other work efforts inside and outside the IETF.
