Did ietf-types move from iana.org to ietf.org?

This is the official list address. However, IANA generally doesn't run its
own lists for this sort of thing, prefering to delegate this chore. The
ietf-types list used to be delegated to one of Harald's systems, I believe,
but apparently it has now been moved to an ietf.org server. No big deal
as long as the aliases are updated.

Both qre. The official address needs to work, of coursse, but nothing
prevents you from sending messages directly to the delegated list.
