Did ietf-types move from iana.org to ietf.org?

All the types email I've gotten recently has had a to: of ietf-types at ietf.org 
.

However,

	http://trac.tools.ietf.org/group/iesg/trac/wiki/MediaTypes

and

	http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4288

say iana.org.


Which is right?
