MusicXML media type registration requests submitted

After reviews here and on the MusicXML mailing list, we have now submitted our
MusicXML media type registration requests to the IANA. These media types are:

  application/vnd.recordare.musicxml
  application/vnd.recordare.musicxml+xml

The +xml version is for the uncompressed MusicXML format, while the other is
for the compressed .mxl format.
