The Transport Area requests a Media Type review for the proposed new
media type application/poc-settings+xml, intended for the standards tree,
and specified in 
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-garcia-sipping-poc-isb-am-03.txt

The document has completed an RFC 3427 review by the SIPPING WG.

Please provide any comments before August 22.
