MIME Type Review for KPML MIME Types

KPML is in the process of WGLC in the SIPPING work group.

KPML defines two new MIME types, application/kpml-request+xml and
application/kpml-response+xml .

We would greatly appreciate expert review of the definition and usage of
these new types.
