We don’t need adversarial rhetoric in our work, Peter. “Imposed”?

1) Jauer is an unstandardized dialect with ad-hoc orthographies and 1400 speakers

2) Jauer was proposed in 2010 and we’ve had various precedents and precisions in our processes and thinking since then

3) Malayalam is the language of 38,000,000 people

4) The two orthographies in question can be tagged in a way that will permit text-processing tools to be appleid, ad it would be advantageous to implementors if some sort of starting point for orthographic reference could be offered. 

5) The government edict THAT an orthographic change should be applied isn’t the same thing as references to Qthe two orthographies. 

So yes, a different level of requirement has been requested here than was for Jauer Romansh. It’s not at all different from other instances in which I have requested precise references, however. So really nothing is new here.
