includes both:

es-t-en-c0 // corresponding to your es-spanglis
and
en-t-es-c0​ // corresponding to your en-spanglis

as well as
hi-t-en-c0
ta-t-en-c0
de-t-en-c0...

or for that matter
ar-t-fr-c0
ff-t-fr-c0
...
