“wpsimple” isn’t “general purpose” like “northern” might be. It refers specifically to a set of specifications, a house style, which is quite analogous to “oxendict”. It might be applicable to more than one language, though at present there is only one prefix to which a set of specifications would apply.

I don’t see what the problem is.
