ISO 639-3 changes: batch 2

Here is the second batch of Registry changes resulting from ISO 639-3
changes. These are from the section "Retirements and creations from code
element splits." In each of two separate cases, a single language was
split into two new languages, causing one code element to be retired and
two new ones to be created. Thus there are a total of six Registry
changes here.
